Check In

Carried out on a date after the Inventory and Schedule of Condition has been completed. Our Inventory Clerk will collect keys and meet the Tenants at the property. The Inventory Clerk will go through the report with the Tenant, recording any changes that may have occurred since the Inventory report was completed. Answering any queries the Tenant may have.

The Inventory Clerk will also take a set of additional photographs. Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, photograph and record meter readings. Photograph and record the keys provided to the Tenant. Complete a Schedule of Condition and Cleaning report to reflect the conditions of the property at the time of the Check In.

The Inventory and Schedule of Condition will be finalised within two working days. Once received all parties will have 7 days to review and comment on the report.
