Carried out by experienced, professional Inventory Clerks and completed within two working days, after being subjected to our quality control procedures. Ensuring every report is completed to the highest standard and our clients are protected.
Inventory Report and Check In
Our most popular service. Completed at the start of a new Tenancy. Our Inventory Clerk will record the condition of the property from top to bottom, together with any fixtures, fittings, contents and decoration. Providing photographic evidence, meter readings, testing alarms, completing a schedule of condition and cleaning report. We also meet the Tenants to check them in, going through the Inventory report with them and logging all keys provided to the Tenants.
Inventory and Schedule of Condition
Completed at the start of a new Tenancy. Our Inventory Clerk will record the condition of the property from top to bottom, together with any fixtures, fittings, contents and decoration. Providing photographic evidence, meter readings, testing alarms, completing and schedule of condition, cleaning report and logging the keys that will be provided to the Tenant.
Check In
Our Inventory Clerk will meet with the Tenants after the Inventory report has been completed and go through the report with them. Photographic evidence will be taken at the time of the inspection, as well as meter readings, alarms testing, schedule of condition, cleaning report and a record of all keys provided to the Tenants.
Check Out
At the end of the tenancy our Inventory Clerk will go through the property and carry out a comparison to the original Inventory and Schedule of Condition. Detailing all wear, damage, maintenance issues and cleaning required. Assigning liability to all comments made. Photographic evidence will be taken, as well as final meter readings, alarm testing, cleaning report and a log of all keys returned by the Tenants.
Mid-Term Inspection/Interim Report
Carried out during a tenancy, our Inventory Clerk will go through the property noting the overall conditions and highlighting any damages or maintenance issues. Taking photographs of all rooms and areas.
