Inventory and Schedule of Condition

At the start of a new Tenancy our Inventory Clerk will collect keys and go the property to complete the Inventory and Schedule of Condition. Recording the condition of the property from top to bottom, together with any fixtures, fittings, contents and decoration. Taking photographs throughout the property to be included in the report with descriptions. Testing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, photographing and recording meter readings, photographing and recording keys to be provided to the Tenant. As well as completing a Schedule of Condition and Cleaning report in the absence of a Check In.

The Inventory and Schedule of Condition will be finalised within two working days. Once received all parties will have 7 days to review and comment on the report.
