Inventory Report and Check In
This is our most popular service for a new tenancy, combining the Inventory and Schedule of Condition and Check In.
Our Inventory Clerk will collect Tenants keys and go to the property ahead of the Tenant to complete the Inventory Report. Recording the condition of the property from top to bottom, together with any fixtures, fittings, contents and decoration. Taking photographs throughout the property to be included in the report with descriptions and completing a Schedule of Condition and Cleaning Report.
When the Tenant arrives the Inventory Clerk will take the Tenant around the property and go through the Inventory Report, answering any queries the Tenancy may have. The Inventory Clerk will then test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, photograph and record meter readings. Photograph and record all keys received by the Tenant.
The Inventory and Schedule of Condition will be finalised within two working days. Once received all parties will have 7 days to review and comment on the report.
